Returns & Exchanges
At HappyFarmer North America Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to request a return, exchange, or cancellation, please review the following policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
- Products may only be returned if they are unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original, undamaged packaging.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation
- All cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be communicated to HappyFarmer North America in advance.
- To initiate a request, please complete our return form or send us an email.
- Please include the following information with your request:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- The item(s) you wish to cancel, exchange, or return
- The reason for the return, exchange, or cancellation
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned items.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it cannot be delivered, including due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or unpaid duties, taxes, or other required charges. Any related fees or charges billed to us will be deducted from the final refund amount. These may include return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees.
