Returns & Exchanges
At HappyFarmer North America Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to request a return, exchange, or cancellation, please review the following policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
- Products may only be returned if they are unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original, undamaged packaging.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation
- All cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be communicated to HappyFarmer North America in advance.
- To initiate a request, please complete our return form or send us an email.
- Please include the following information with your request:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- The item(s) you wish to cancel, exchange, or return
- The reason for the return, exchange, or cancellation
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned items.
