Canceling an order
Canceling an order is free, as long as the order is not sent yet.
Return / cool down period
There is a cool down period, which gives you 7 working days to return the product without stating reasons. This cool down period starts at the day of delivery. Exceptions are for instance personalized products or custom-made goods. The product can only be returned if the product is unused and sent back in the original, undamaged packing. Do you want to return the whole order? Please sent the already received articles back to the address mentioned below. HappyFarmerNA will refund the whole purchase price, including shipping costs. The shipping costs for a return are for your own expense. The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be restituted.
You have to make all cancellations, exchanges and returns known to HappyFarmerNA: you can use a return form or send us an e-mail. Please mention your full name, order no. and the articles you would like to cancel, exchange or return. For the improvement of our customer service we really appreciate it if you give us a reason for your cancellation, exchange or return. You are, however, not compelled to do that.
To refund your already payed amount (in case of prepay) we need your bank account number. International customers need to mention their IBAN and BIC/Swift number.
Warning: The mentioned bank account number needs to be the same as the bank account number that was used while paying HappyFarmerNA will refund you within 14 days.
